Step 1

First you need to prepare the dressing. To do this, mix all the components of the dressing and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. It includes: lemon juice, honey, Narsharab sauce, olive oil.

Step 2

Now let's prepare the salad. Peel beets and carrots, grate on a coarse grater, but it is better to use a shredder.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the onion, chop the parsley.

Step 4

Mix the vegetables, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
