Rice salad with radish

Step 1

Wash the radishes, pat dry and cut off the ends. Cut it into thin slices. Wash the apple, cut into 4 parts, remove the core, cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Separate the lettuce into leaves, wash and pat dry with paper towels. Cut lettuce leaves into strips.

Step 2

Mix onion with salad, add wine, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir, cover with cling film, let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add rice, apple and radish to salad. Season with mayonnaise, mix. Put in a salad bowl. Garnish with hard-boiled, peeled and halved quail eggs.

4 tbsp. l. boiled fluffy rice
onion - 1 onion
1 cup radicchio salad
1 bunch radish
1 apple
1 st. l. dry white wine
sugar - 1 tsp.
8 quail eggs
mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.
