Raspberry mascarpone cake
Description
In Italy, choux pastry is called the same as in France - "shu". Translated from French, it means "cabbage": initially, pastries from such a dough resembled a head of cabbage in shape.
Cooking
Step 1
Lay out a piece of dough in the form of a circle with a diameter of 15 cm on baking paper. Bake until done. Cut the resulting cake into 3 parts. Beat mascarpone with sugar, mix part with raspberry puree. Enter the remaining cheese with sugar. Whisk. Add rum, beat again and chill. Prepare a cake from three layers of cake layers and mousse. Top the cake with the remaining mousse.
