Step 1

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, mix with pre-soaked and dried raisins, put in an even layer on a dish and brush with mayonnaise.

Step 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix with finely chopped garlic, put on a layer of carrots and grease with mayonnaise. Boil the eggs, leave part of the yolk for the top of the salad. Lay the grated eggs on top of the cheese.

Step 3

Grate the beets on a coarse grater, mix with chopped nuts and put on a layer of cheese. Crumble the yolk on top.

carrots - 3 pcs.
raisins - 1/2 tbsp.
garlic - 2 cloves
hard cheese - 150 g
peeled nuts - 1/2 tbsp.
boiled beets - 2 pcs.
eggs - 2 pcs.
mayonnaise - 200 g
