How to cook Plum and tomato jam

Step 1

Pour tomatoes with a small amount of drinking water. Heat under the lid until softened. Remove from fire. Transfer to a sieve and rub the tomatoes with a pusher.

Step 2

Cut the plums in half, remove the pits.

Step 3

Transfer the tomato puree to a clean saucepan, add the plum. Cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4

Add sugar, stir and cook for another 30 minutes. Seal, turn upside down until completely cool.
