Pear sandwich

How to cook Pear sandwich

Step 1

Prepare a paste of peanuts, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on half slices of bread.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Cut the pears into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with pepper and pour over with honey. Lay the slices overlapping on half of the slices of bread, sprinkle with grated cheese. Close with the remaining slices of bread.

Step 4

Bake sandwiches in a sandwich maker until golden brown. Cut the finished sandwiches in half. Garnish with parsley or chervil leaves when serving.
