Pancakes with whey

Whey is a dairy product obtained after fermenting milk and separating it from the curd. It is often used in cooking and baking. You can even bake pancakes with whey. They will be thin, tender and dietary. After all, pancakes with whey will be completely low-fat. Whey is a very low-calorie product. In addition, you will not need milk and eggs when cooking. Which will make the pancakes even more dietary. You can buy whey in the dairy section of any grocery store, or you can collect it yourself by waiting for fresh milk to sour.
How to cook Pancakes with whey
Step 1

Prepare the pancake batter. Sift the flour. Pour it into the room temperature whey and mix. Then add salt, sugar, baking powder and vegetable oil. Mix and leave for 60 minutes.
Step 2

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into it, spreading it so that the pancake becomes round. Bake the pancakes for a minute on each side.
