Open oyster. Separate the pulp from the shell, simmer for 20 seconds. in its own juice. Fill the sink with the pulp of fresh cucumber, cut into thin strips. Put the oyster pulp on the cucumber, cover it with a plate of cucumber juice jelly. Top with a drop of sesame oil and a little lime juice.
