Step 1

Prepare creme brulee. Beat the yolks with 4 tbsp. l. sugar and vanilla with a mixer into a light thick foam. Pour the cream into a saucepan, heat over low heat until it starts to boil, remove from the stove, add a little to the yolk mass, mix. Gradually add the rest of the cream, beating everything with a mixer or whisk. Place the bowl with the mass in a water bath and heat everything until it thickens, stirring. The mixture will be ready when it stops dripping from the back of the spoon. Remove the mixture from the bath, pour into individual molds, or into a heat-resistant low form. Put the creme brulee in a preheated oven, bake for 20-30 minutes. The finished dessert should have a jelly consistency.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Sprinkle evenly into creme brulee 4 tbsp. l. sugar, put the mold in the oven and wait for the sugar to caramelize

While the creme brulee is cooking, soak the oatmeal in boiled water for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Pour milk over oatmeal and cook until fully cooked.

Step 5

Add raisins, salt and sugar. Serve oatmeal with creme brulee, garnished with honey crumbs.

oatmeal - 40 g
water - 100 g
milk - 130 g
raisins - 10 g
creme brulee - 50 years
honey crumb - 4 g
salt and sugar to taste
cream 30% - 600 ml
6 egg yolks
sugar - 4 tbsp. l. for mass and caramel crust
vanilla - 0.5 tsp. l.
