Description

You can eat oatmeal with an apple both in the morning and in the afternoon and even in the evening (just remember that the last meal should be no later than 3 hours before bedtime). It has a very unusual taste, thanks to the addition of apple juice. By the way, in our case it is better to use not freshly squeezed, but packaged, otherwise the milk will curdle during the boiling process. Excellent, for example, juice with pulp, intended for baby food, is suitable. You can adjust the amount of sugar in porridge to taste, and completely refuse cream, especially if you are afraid to get better. By the way, an enzyme has recently been found in oatmeal that helps break down carbohydrates. That is, despite the considerable amount of carbohydrates in the cereal itself, they will not affect the waist circumference in any way, and oatmeal with an apple will bring you exceptionally pleasant taste sensations, and undeniable benefits to the body.
