Noodles with dried mushrooms

Dried mushroom soup will be even more delicious if you use homemade noodles to make it. It is not as difficult to make as it may seem. Moreover, you will not need any equipment. You will need to knead a thick dough and cut it into thin strips with a sharp knife.
How to cook Noodles with dried mushrooms
Step 1

Make homemade noodles. Mix flour, eggs, salt and water in a deep bowl. Knead a stiff dough. Roll it out to paper-thin thickness. Cut thin strips, noodles, with a sharp knife. Cover with a towel.
Step 2

Make the frying. Boil the mushrooms in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. While they are cooking, make the frying from carrots and onions. To do this, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion to the frying pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the carrots and mushrooms. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3

Cook the soup. Boil the water in which the mushrooms were cooked in a saucepan, straining it first. Salt and pepper. Add the fried mushrooms. Put the bay leaf in the soup. As soon as the soup base boils, put the noodles in it. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the noodles.
