Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 C. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cake for about 20 minutes until it is golden. Let the cake cool completely, then cut off the edges and cut in half.

For the filling, pour gelatin 3 tbsp. l. water and leave for 5 minutes. Put on low heat and completely dissolve, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 4
Beat cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk and pour in the cooled gelatin, mix well. Cut the marshmallow or marshmallow into small cubes and mix into the filling.
Step 5
Put the filling on the cake and cover with the second cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Before serving, cut the cake into small cakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
