Burgers are considered unhealthy food. Mainly because of the buns. You can make a potato burger, where instead of the usual sesame buns there will be potato pancakes. It will be less caloric, and you won’t have to cook French fries separately. Otherwise, the recipe is no different from the classic one – beef patty, fresh vegetables and your favorite sauce.

Make meat patties. Salt and pepper the mince, mix the meat. Make flat burger patties. Heat the frying pan. Fry the patties on one side for 3-4 minutes. Turn the patty over, put a slice of cheese on top, fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Make potato pancakes. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add an egg and a spoon of flour, mix. Form pancakes, roll them in flour. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes.

Prepare a burger. Cut the tomato and cucumber. Assemble the burger in the following order: potato patty, lettuce leaf, cheese patty, tomato, cucumber, potato patty.
