Potato burger

It will be less caloric, and you won’t have to cook French fries separately. Otherwise, the recipe is no different from the classic one – beef patty, fresh vegetables and your favorite sauce.
How to cook Potato burger
Step 1

Make meat patties. Salt and pepper the mince, mix the meat. Make flat burger patties. Heat the frying pan. Fry the patties on one side for 3-4 minutes. Turn the patty over, put a slice of cheese on top, fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 2

Make potato pancakes. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add an egg and a spoon of flour, mix. Form pancakes, roll them in flour. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3

Prepare a burger. Cut the tomato and cucumber. Assemble the burger in the following order: potato patty, lettuce leaf, cheese patty, tomato, cucumber, potato patty.
