Korean Soup "Yukidyan"

This soup is served as follows: a bowl of hot broth and bowls of meat, vegetables and herbs are placed on the table so that each guest or family member can combine the ingredients of the soup to his liking.
How to cook Korean Soup "Yukidyan"
Step 1
Peel the carrots and 1 onion, coarsely chop and bake in a dry frying pan. Put the beef in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam.
Step 2
Add roasted vegetables, pepper and salt. Cook for 2.5 hours. Remove the meat from the broth. Strain the broth. Add ground coriander and hot pepper to it, stir.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the second onion and cut into half rings. Remove seeds from pepper and cut into strips. Wash greens and finely chop. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Cabbage cut into strips. Arrange vegetables and herbs in separate bowls.
Step 4
Split the meat into fibers and also put in a separate bowl.
