How to cook Korean Soup "Yukidyan"
Step 1
Peel the carrots and 1 onion, coarsely chop and bake in a dry frying pan. Put the beef in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam.

Meanwhile, peel the second onion and cut into half rings. Remove seeds from pepper and cut into strips. Wash greens and finely chop. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Cabbage cut into strips. Arrange vegetables and herbs in separate bowls.
Step 4
Split the meat into fibers and also put in a separate bowl.
