Khinkali Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water and salt. Pass the prepared dough two or three times through the dough sheeter. To give uniformity. Step 2
Khinkali filling: Mix frozen cherries, coconut milk and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Put the filling with cherries on the rolled out dough and form Khinkali.
Step 4
Cook khinkali in boiling salted water until tender.
Step 5
Put the finished khinkali on a plate and pour over with cherry syrup.
