How to cook Jellied pie with peaches
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C. Melt and cool the butter, add to curdled milk or sour cream. Beat eggs with sugar until white, add to mixture.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder, add to mixture and mix until smooth. Add to egg-butter mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Wash the peaches, remove the pits, chop coarsely.
Step 4
Grease the pie dish with oil, lay out the peaches, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and starch on top, shake the form.
Step 5
Pour the dough over the peaches, put in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
