The hardest part about making peach pie is waiting for it to cool. After all, from the moment you put the cake in the oven, an amazing aroma of warm peaches will spread throughout the house.

How to cook Jellied pie with peaches

Step 1

Preheat oven to 190°C. Melt and cool the butter, add to curdled milk or sour cream. Beat eggs with sugar until white, add to mixture.

Step 2

Sift flour with baking powder, add to mixture and mix until smooth. Add to egg-butter mixture and mix well.

Step 3

Wash the peaches, remove the pits, chop coarsely.

Step 4

Grease the pie dish with oil, lay out the peaches, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and starch on top, shake the form.

Step 5

Pour the dough over the peaches, put in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
