The classic American hot dog consists of three ingredients: a bun, a sausage, and sauce, most often ketchup.

How to cook Hot Dog Sauce

Step 1

Grate the pickled cucumbers on a fine grater.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Step 3

Add paprika, wine vinegar, grated cucumbers and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
