Ham, Cheese and Egg Flatbread Sandwich
Scrambled eggs, slices of ham, cheese and tomato are wrapped in a flatbread, which is then fried in a frying pan until crispy. The cheese inside melts and you get an incredibly tasty hot sandwich. How to cook Ham, Cheese and Egg Flatbread Sandwich
Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into thin rings.
Step 2

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Break an egg and fry it for 3-4 minutes until done.
Step 3

Place the flatbread on a flat surface. Cut the flatbread along the radius, to the half.
Step 4

Grease the flatbread with mayonnaise.
Step 5

Place the following ingredients on each quarter of the flatbread: cheese, ham, tomatoes and a fried egg.
Step 6

Fold the bottom edge of one half of the flatbread as shown in the photo. This will wrap the sandwich.
Step 7

You should get a triangle.
Step 8

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the sandwich for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 9

Cut the sandwich in half and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy.
