
Cut the tomatoes into thin rings.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Break an egg and fry it for 3-4 minutes until done.

Place the flatbread on a flat surface. Cut the flatbread along the radius, to the half.

Grease the flatbread with mayonnaise.

Place the following ingredients on each quarter of the flatbread: cheese, ham, tomatoes and a fried egg.

Fold the bottom edge of one half of the flatbread as shown in the photo. This will wrap the sandwich.

You should get a triangle.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the sandwich for 2 minutes on each side.

Cut the sandwich in half and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy.
