How to cook Figs stuffed with goat cheese

Step 1

1. Heat the pan, reduce the heat to medium, put the bacon strips on the pan. Fry, turning often, until most of the fat is rendered, 10 minutes. The bacon should remain soft. Add apple and basil, cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Pour in yogurt, mix. Warm up 2 min. and pour into saucepan. The sauce can be served either hot or cold.
