Exquisite beef stroganoff with beef liver

Beef liver, cooked with the right amount of ingredients, turns out soft and juicy. The most tender dish goes well with pasta, noodles and other side dishes, such as vegetables. It will take a little more than half an hour to cook.
How to cook Exquisite beef stroganoff with beef liver
Step 1
Fry small pieces of liver in a large frying pan, then add diced onion. Fry for no more than 10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 2
When the onion turns golden, pour in the sour cream, mix thoroughly with the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the garlic and pour it in. Then turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Let stand for 10 minutes.
