How to cook Dried Cranberry Compote
Step 1

Pass the dried cranberries through a sieve to remove excess moisture.
Step 2

Strain and press the berries through a sieve to obtain juice.
Step 3

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and add cranberry pulp to the water.
Step 4

Bring the water with cranberries to a boil, add honey, stir. After boiling again, reduce the heat.
Step 5

Cook the compote over low heat for 10 minutes. Then cover and let cool.
