Crispy Baked Potatoes

How to cook Crispy Baked Potatoes
Step 1
Add salt and soda to boiling water, put in potatoes. Cook for 15-20 minutes until done. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the garlic and rosemary for 2 minutes until fragrant. Then remove the garlic and rosemary from the pan.
Step 3
Mix the boiled potatoes with the resulting aromatic oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200°C until golden brown. The finished potatoes can be sprinkled with rosemary and garlic, which are left over from making the oil.
