Cranberry sauce is served with a wide variety of dishes - it is especially good with meat and poultry. The sauce according to our recipe has a characteristic sourness and a pleasant aroma. It will appeal to lovers of unusual combinations and will help to reveal the taste of the dish. Cranberry sauce is quite universal: it goes well with desserts, such as pancakes or crepes, and with other baked goods.
How to cook Cranberry sauce
Step 1
Place the berries in a saucepan, add starch, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium heat, stirring the berries constantly. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with water.
