How to cook Cranberry sauce

Step 1

Place the berries in a saucepan, add starch, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium heat, stirring the berries constantly. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with water.

Step 2

When the sauce is ready, add fresh thyme and stir gently. Allow the sauce to cool before serving.
