How to cook Cottage cheese casserole with cheese and herbs
Step 1
Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Finely chop greens with garlic.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese with cheese and herbs, add pounded white yolks, cayenne and black pepper, paprika.
Step 3
Beat the whites with salt until stiff and gently fold into the curd mass.
Step 4
Grease soufflé molds with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the mass in them and bake in an oven preheated to 200ºС until browned, 15–20 minutes. Serve with green salad.
