Corn dog

Description

The beloved corn dog is quite simple to prepare at home.

Cooking

Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add milk and cornmeal.

Step 3

Then wheat flour mixed with baking powder. Mix. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.

Step 4

Cut the sausages crosswise into 2 parts, put on wooden skewers for barbecue, cut into 2 parts. Dip sausages in flour.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a glass. Warm up the oil. Dip the sausage in the batter.

Step 6

Dip into hot oil. Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Step 7

Place cooked corn dogs on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!

wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
corn flour 0.5 tbsp.
milk ml
egg 1 pc.
baking powder dough 0.5 tsp.
sugar 1 tsp. l.
sol 0.25 h. l.
black and red pepper
vegetable oil
