Clafoutis with tangerines

Step 1
Peel the tangerines and cut into thin slices. Beat eggs until smooth. Add brown sugar, beat again. Add a pinch of salt, milk, sour cream to the resulting mass. Mix.
Step 2
Add sifted flour with baking powder, mix until smooth. Grease a detachable form with oil, lay out tangerine circles and pour over the dough.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, invert onto a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
