How to cook Chicken skewers marinated in beer and honey
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into 3 cm pieces.

Peel and chop the garlic. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil and soy sauce, add chili flakes, garlic and pour in beer. Stir in the marinade.

Pour chicken fillet with marinade, mix. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Soak wooden skewers in water 1 hour before frying so they don't burn and the meat comes off more easily. Ignite the coals so that they are covered with white ash or heat a grill pan. Thread fillet onto skewers; save marinade.

Grill the fillets over the coals, turning the skewers every 2 minutes. and lubricating the meat with the remaining marinade with a long brush. Taste the fillet after 7-8 minutes, it should be completely cooked. On a grill pan, skewers will fry faster, 5-6 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the meat with cilantro and serve immediately.
