Step 1

1. Wash, dry and cut the chicken into 8-10 portions (2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 breasts, each of which can be cut in half). Rub each piece with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan along with a sprig of thyme. Without removing the thyme, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, 4 minutes each. from each side. Transfer the chicken to a bowl, cover and leave in a warm place. 2. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the core. Cut the pulp of sweet peppers into large squares, hot peppers into thin half rings. Peel onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic. 3. In the pan where the chicken was cooked, fry the garlic, onion and hot pepper, 3 minutes. 4. Add sweet peppers to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 7 minutes. 6. Defrost the sea cocktail in advance. Dry thoroughly with paper towels. Add to chicken and vegetables, stir, cover again and cook for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
