Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 7 minutes. 6. Defrost the sea cocktail in advance. Dry thoroughly with paper towels. Add to chicken and vegetables, stir, cover again and cook for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
