Cheese Garlic Muffins

How to cook Cheese Garlic Muffins

Chop the dill finely.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3

Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass it through a press.

Prepare the dough. Break the egg into a deep bowl and add melted butter.

Add milk, salt, baking powder and sifted flour to the egg. Mix everything well until smooth. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Add dill, garlic and cheese to the dough. Mix well.
Step 7

Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil and pour in the batter. Fill each tin about 2/3 full, as the muffins will rise during baking. Place the muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Step 8

Serve the muffins garnished with chopped dill and grated cheese.
