Buckwheat pancakes with honey

Honey goes very well with buckwheat, giving it a special taste and aroma. If you don't like honey, replace it with sugar.
How to cook Buckwheat pancakes with honey
Step 1
Pour buckwheat flakes, salt into a deep bowl, break eggs and add honey, lightly beat the mixture with a fork, and pour over milk. Squeeze out the lemon juice and leave for 15-20 minutes so that the flakes swell slightly.
Step 2
Then sift the flour together with soda into a bowl, mix lightly with a fork. The mixture should remain a little lumpy, but should not become smooth - otherwise the pancakes will be "rubber". Add oil and mix until you get a uniform consistency.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a wide frying pan and fry the pancakes. Stack the finished pancakes on a hot plate. Serve with condensed milk or jam.
