Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Peel bananas, mash into puree. Peel the apples, grind the pulp into a puree, squeeze the lemon juice (leave a little lemon juice to extinguish the soda). Mix.
Step 2
Quench the soda with the remaining lemon juice. Add to the fruit mixture, add sugar, flour, vegetable oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Add toppings as desired: nuts, dried fruits, apples, pears. I added pineapple.
Step 4
Put in the oven to bake until brown. When serving for decoration, you can sprinkle with mint leaves.
