Baguette with pork

Step 1

Pork steak lightly beat off, salt, pepper. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan. Dip the pork first in the flour, then in the egg, then again in the flour. Fry on both sides. 2 minutes for each toron over high heat.

Step 2

Reduce the heat, add some water and cover with a lid. While the pork is done, cut the baguette. Spread lettuce leaves, pork chop, sweet and sour ketchup or Dijon mustard on top. Then chopped cherry tomatoes and cheese. Enjoy your meal!

lettuce - 6-7 leaves
cherry tomatoes - 6-7 pcs.
hard cheese - 3-4 slices
pork steak - 1 pc.
sweet and sour ketchup
egg - 1 pc.
flour - 2 tbsp. l.
salt
olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
