Aromatic gazpacho with shrimps

How to cook Aromatic gazpacho with shrimps
Step 1

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Salt and pepper medium-sized shrimp and put half of them in the frying pan, fry for 3-4 minutes at high heat (if you cook at a lower heat, fry a little longer). Do the same with the other half.
Step 2

Using a blender, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, onion and half of the pepper. Add tomato juice and vinegar to the bowl and mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
