Trifle "Tiramisu with strawberries"

Cookinero 11 Nov 2022

Trifle is a dessert made from biscuit dough or cookies (often soaked in wine or coffee) with custard and various additives - berries, fruits. The more layers you get, the tastier and more beautiful the dessert looks. In the photo I have this dessert prepared with homemade savoiardi, but the recipe can be greatly simplified using ready-made savoiardi, which can be easily bought at the store. The most difficult thing here is to wait until the dessert is infused in the refrigerator.

Cooking vanilla pudding. We mix all the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl, very carefully, with a whisk or mixer. From the vanilla, you should first scrape the seeds and throw them into a bowl, and then, after stirring, send the pod there. We put the bowl in a water bath and cook with regular stirring for about 15-20 minutes, until the mixture thickens. See photo for how it should look.

Step 2

Step 5

Laying layers: 1 layer: cookies, which we quickly dip in coffee. 2 layer: strawberries. 3 layer: grated chocolate. 4 layer: mascarpone with pudding. We repeat the required number of times. Put in the refrigerator for several hours (at least four). I prepared part of the trifle in cups, and part in bowls, which also turned out very nice
