Spicy Beetroot Salad with Feta
Beetroot goes well with cheeses, but with a spicy dressing you can diversify beetroot salad. You can use baked beets in beetroot salad.
Ingredients
Servings 4- Boiled beets - 250 g
- Vinegar balsamic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Parsley
- Feta - 50 g
- Salt pepper
- Olive oil

Step 1
Grate the beets, splash with vinegar, oil and lemon juice. Salt, pepper. Add finely chopped parsley. Mix. Place in a salad bowl and crumble the feta on top. Enjoy your meal!
