Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 300 ml kefir 3.2%
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 1 Art. l. Sahara
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp. l. butter
Cooking
Step 1
Melt butter and cool slightly. Knead the dough from all products so that there are no lumps. Fry in a non-stick pan on medium, even slightly lower, heat. Pre-heat the pan well, and grease with vegetable oil (once). Fry roughly each side for 2-3 minutes. As bubbles appear and the top tightens, you can turn it over.

I served with mashed lingonberries. Enjoy your meal!
