Hedgehogs on a vegetable pillow

Ingredients

  • eggplant 1 pc.
  • carrot 1 pc.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • tomato 2 pcs.
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp.
  • basil, dried tomato
  • hedgehogs:
  • minced meat 700 g
  • onion 1/2 pc.
  • black pepper, salt
  • milk 1/2 cup(s)
  • Basmati rice 1/2 cup(s)
  • green

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the eggplant into cubes and fry in hot oil.

Step 2

Add grated carrots and chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Then add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and simmer under a closed lid.

Step 4

Add chopped onion, herbs, salt, pepper and milk to minced meat. Mix well and form into balls.

Step 5

Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place the container for steaming. Roll meat balls in rice and put in a multicooker container. Set the STEAM mode for meat and the time to 30 minutes.
