Grog with black pepper
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 0.5 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- lemon
- orange
- 250 ml white rum
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the zest from the lemon and orange, squeeze the juice out of them.
Step 2
Put the zest in a saucepan, pour 2 tbsp. l. Roma. Warm up over medium heat, set on fire. Let it burn for 10-15 seconds, pour over the juice. Add the rest of the rum, warm up.
Step 3
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
