How to cook Thin Tofu Salad with Cucumber and Chinese Cabbage
Step 1
Tofu cut into thin strips in the form of noodles. Cut fresh cucumber into thin slices, then cut into noodles. Shred Chinese cabbage thinly.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing based on sesame oil, chili pepper, finely chopped garlic, hot oil and sugar. Punch all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, at the end add table vinegar and salt.
Step 3
Put chopped Chinese cabbage, tofu, cucumber in layers in a deep plate. Season the resulting salad well.
