How to cook Teriyaki chicken

Step 1

Salt the chicken fillet half, pepper and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Lubricate the skin with half of the teremki sauce and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 2

In a frying pan, separately fry the potatoes, cut into slices until golden brown, add the red onion and leek, cut into rings. At the end, add cherry tomatoes, cut into 4 parts. Fry a little, add chopped dill.

Step 3

Put the garnish on one side of the plate, on the other side of the chicken, pour it with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with corn.
