How to cook Sweet pancakes

Step 1

For 9 pancakes: mix milk, sugar, salt, flour, eggs and butter until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Bake thin pancakes.

Step 2

Separately mix boiled condensed milk, cream cheese and sour cream. Wipe the berries with sugar or punch in a blender.

Step 3

Roll pancakes into rolls and put on a plate. Top with cream with condensed milk and berry sauce. Sprinkle crushed biscuits. You can add strawberry ice cream.
