Spaghetti "Puttanesca"

Pasta Puttanesca has a very spicy origin story. It is believed that spaghetti was first invented by courtesans in Naples in the last century. The ingredients are usually tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers and garlic. In our recipe, we added a spicy twist in the form of chili pepper.
How to cook Spaghetti "Puttanesca"
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the chilli and anchovies, add the garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pureed tomatoes and olives to the pan, stir and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add the pasta and cheese to the pan and stir gently.
