Risotto with mussels and cocktail shrimps
Risotto is a classic Italian rice dish with a soft, creamy flavor. There is no more traditional risotto than seafood risotto. For our recipe, we took a seafood cocktail and chose short-grain starchy rice.
How to cook Risotto with mussels and cocktail shrimps
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the onion until soft, then add the rice and fry until the grains become translucent.
Step 2
Pour wine into the rice, stirring constantly, wait until it evaporates. After that, start gradually adding the broth, waiting until it is absorbed.
Step 3
Heat another pan with olive oil and fry the garlic. Then add the seafood and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the seafood cocktail with the remaining broth to the rice. Once the broth is absorbed, add the grated Parmesan and mix thoroughly.
