In fact, almost any meat can be cooked this way, but pork ... and even ribs ... mmm ... very tasty! The whole point of the recipe is in the marinade: sweet and sour notes combined with a sharp, spicy taste!

Cooking

Step 1

We cut the ribs into portions, along the bones, put them in a deep bowl.

Step 2

For marinade, mix honey with soy sauce and olive oil, squeeze lemon juice. We cut the pepper into thin rings (if you want a true "fire in your mouth" - do not throw away the seeds!), garlic - into plates, add herbs, lemon zest (you can not grind) and mix well with meat. You can not add wine, the taste itself is very rich. We cover the dishes with a film and leave at room temperature, when marinating for more than 2 hours - we put it in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Then cook as you like on the grill until cooked!
