How to cook "Petelinka" for vegetarians
Step 1
Chicken fillet "Petelinka" is washed, blotted with a napkin and cut into pieces.

We cut the Bulgarian sweet pepper into small cubes. We divide the cauliflower and broccoli into parts and take several inflorescences. Peel the eggplant and cut into cubes. Add green string beans and fry all this until cooked in a pan in vegetable oil until cooked. Be sure to salt and pepper.
