1. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil with Potato Seasoning. 2. Peel potatoes. Make deep transverse cuts 2 mm thick on each potato. Put the potatoes in a bowl with oil, mix thoroughly 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment. Place potatoes on baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper mixture. Bake 30 min.
