Pork neck ham

Pork neck ham is a cold meat appetizer. The pork is cooked in the oven for two hours. A characteristic feature of pork neck ham is the natural taste of the meat, which is only slightly emphasized by pepper and garlic. You can often recognize the ham by the characteristic garlic cloves with which it is lard. According to the recipe, you need to take meat from the pork neck and bake it in a sleeve. The meat for the dish should be fresh, without foreign odors, and of a uniform pink color.
How to cook Pork neck ham
Step 1

Prepare the meat. Take whole garlic cloves and stuff the pork neck with them, making cuts with a knife. Sprinkle the piece of pork with pepper, paprika and salt, rub the spices in well. Place the meat in a baking bag and tie it on both sides.
Step 2

Bake the meat in the oven. Place the sleeve with the pork neck on a baking sheet and put it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake the pork for 70 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the meat to cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the finished pork from the sleeve and cool.
