Panini

Cookinero 19 Nov 2025

Panini is an Italian analogue of a sandwich. The difference from the recipe of a traditional sandwich is that panini should be covered with bread on both sides. Ciabatta is used in the preparation. The variety of panini depends on what is in the refrigerator and on your imagination.

How to cook Panini

Step 1

Cut the ciabatta into 4 pieces and fry in a preheated frying pan until crispy. Grill the sausage.

Step 2

Spread both pieces of bread with cream cheese, top one piece of ciabatta with spinach, then top with tomato slices, pickles, spinach leaves, sausage and repeat the process one more time.

Step 3

Cover the filling with the second piece of ciabatta and press down with your hand.
