Pancakes for kids

Pancakes are a delicious, mouth-watering breakfast option for a child, especially if they are sweet and juicy. There are many recipes for this dish: with nuts, dried fruits, vegetables and fruits. Children will like pancakes with milk, and adults will appreciate the speed of preparation, only 15 minutes. Children's pancakes can be served with jam, honey, condensed milk or marmalade.
How to cook Pancakes for kids
Step 1

Prepare the pancake batter. Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt, mix the mixture with a whisk. Pour in room temperature milk, add flour, baking powder and mix until smooth.
Step 2

Bake the pancakes. Heat the frying pan well, pour in the sunflower oil. Put the dough with a tablespoon and fry the pancakes on one side until golden brown for 5 minutes, then turn over to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes. Place the finished pancakes on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
